Dr. Lohlun

Dr Lohlun has been working with the hair loss and aesthetics industry for over 10 years and has finally brought a natural but scientifically proven hair care range to the market. Finding solutions for hair loss has been her biggest passion, namely FUE hair transplant surgery and the amazing results that can be achieved by combining artistry and medical technology. Although performing surgeries and changing lives has been her main focus, the development of a trustworthy range of hair care products has always been a big goal.

“Over the years, I have become aware of the lack of good hair care maintenance products on the market. Many people are unsure of what to use or what ingredients to avoid. Even though shampoos, conditioners and serums cannot perform miracles, for eg. grow new hair from nothing; there is still a need to maintain a clean and healthy head of hair. Dr Lohlun is a fully qualified and registered medical doctor under the HPCSA. She completed her undergraduate studies at The University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg, thereafter moving to Cape Town to work at Groote Schuur Hospital and 2 Military Hospital, gaining experience in internal medicine, surgery and emergency medicine as well as obtaining her post graduate qualifications in aesthetic surgery and then sub-specialising in hair transplant surgery. Dr Lohlun currently performs FUE surgeries full time at her practice, The Hairfront based in Cape Town, South Africa.
